Before founding the company in 1992, M. Jon Nedelcu was a management consultant with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants advising automotive clients. Subsequently he became Managing Director Germany for Spencer Stuart & Associates.

M. Jon Nedelcu can call on 24 years experience in the automotive industry as sales engineer at a Tier1 automotive supplier in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and in various sales and marketing executive roles with
